We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who brings their passion to the table and helps us shape the future of YAGER.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work very closely with the Executive Producers of the projects to fill all the needs of the teams will ensuring a clear and smooth process. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will also work closely the Company Management to push projects forward to attract, manage and retain talent.

Our aim is to provide the best support to our teams, whilst maintaining the familiar culture and flexibility that a fast paced environment like gaming requires.

  • Work with the different stakeholders to thoroughly understand our positions and recruiting needs.
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including screening resumes, posting open requisitions on relevant job boards, closing offers.
  • Identify talent through different sourcing channels.
  • Establish and own relationships with our headhunting partners to set KPIs and smooth collaboration processes.
  • Own projects to improve the data orientation of the processes as well as reporting the resulting data to the Company Management.
  • Lead projects and strategies to improve the talent attraction, management and retention.
  • Actively engage in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience, in house or within an agency environment.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders and senior management
  • Experience implementing sourcing strategies that address both short-term and long-term hiring needs, leveraging talent market insights and data
  • You are adaptable and able to shift focus according to business priorities
  • Desirable exposure to gaming specific roles.
