We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade platforms. You will be part of a talented software team that works on a mission-critical platform. Responsibilities include managing platform development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing. Responsibilities
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- 5+ years of proven working experience in Java development
- Experience in writing unit and integration tests
- Strong understanding of design and architectural patterns
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications
- Experience in monitoring distributed applications deployed in the cloud
- Understanding of principles of modularization and domain driven design
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Good verbal and written communication in English
