Here you will have the opportunity to grow the lifecycle marketing expertise from the beginning in a big tech company. Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategy, execution and analytics of personalized campaigns catering to different customer profiles aimed at feature adoption, monetization etc.
  • Create a strategy of collecting user feedback based on their lifecycle phase (newbies vs converted vs veterans) and usage (power vs casual vs dormant users)
  • Process insights and do post-campaign reports to create a lifecycle marketing playbook
  • Develop automation strategy and requirements (lifecycle triggers, scalable creative templates, etc) and help drive the roadmap forward to achieve business results
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to set up dashboards to monitor the performance and health of LCM programs, identify areas for improvement, design and execute A/B tests and experiments to drive core OKRs and increase team knowledge.

 

Why do we need this role?

This new role will drive retention metrics for Desktop, decrease churn rate and increase average user lifetime value.

 

Qualification:

  • Experience with cross-channel, cross-device lifecycle marketing campaigns: email, web push, mobile push, web hooks, SMS etc
  • Sound record of building and shaping the planning and execution of data driven marketing campaigns across communication channels including A/B experimentation.
  • Experience with various lifecycle marketing tools; ability to brief and guide the development of tailored solutions
  • Experience in working closely with the Product and Engineering teams to set up attributes and triggered events based on user lifecycle management needs.
  • 3-4 years in CRM & Lifecycle Marketing in a B2C tech/software company
