Hydrogen (H2) is an important building block in the shift to green transportation: Because the smallest element in our universe moves cars, buses, light and heavy commercial vehicles with a long range, short refueling time, without limiting the payload, clean and quiet. In Germany, vehicles refuel at our public hydrogen filling stations. We, H2 MOBILITY Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, are the largest hydrogen refueling station operator worldwide. In addition, we accompany and advise companies, municipalities and cities from the initial project idea to the operation of the hydrogen filling station.

HR Manager & Team Assistant (m/f/d)

Essential roles & tasks:

• You are responsible for the Human Resources department and all assistant tasks at H2MOBILITY
• You take care of the recruitment and talent management as well as office processes
• You are responsible for applications coordination
• You organize professional development programs, trainings and team events
• You are the first point of contact for all employees when it comes to employee development and office management
• You are responsible for the onboarding process of all new employees
• You organize all relevant appointments and events for the managing director
• You are responsible for the office processes and you arrange orders as well as the coordination of service providers.
• You are responsible for HR processes such as employment contracts and personnel administration

Job Requirements:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or studies in the field of economics, business administration or psychology
• You are enthusiastic about the energy and mobility transition
• You may have already gained professional experience or have just graduated
• You have good communication skills and enjoy working with people
• You have good organizational skills as well as initiative and a structured way of working
• You are confident in using MS-Office programs
• You have a good basis of written and spoken German and English (German on the job learning possible, B1 required)
