Talent Diverse is growing and we are looking for a business development manager who will take charge of helping us get to the next level of our growth. The ideal candidate is someone who has an understanding of the recruitment and hiring space and has a keen interest in helping both companies and candidates find each other. It goes without saying that Diversity is at the core of what we do and we would be delighted if you  believe workplaces should be diverse and inclusive.

What You Will Do

  1. Be the point of contact for our employer partners
  2. Manager our employer partners accounts by staying in touch and answering queries
  3. Contribute to our growth strategy
  4. Develop a funnel other team members can follow and adapt to
  5. Be data driven or develop data driven strategies
  6. Pitch to new clients our mission, vision and why they should our journey
